1. Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipping.

2. Local Delivery – Cairns Region

We offer local delivery within the Cairns region, including Bentley Park and surrounding suburbs. Local deliveries are typically completed within 2–3 business days after dispatch. We’ll contact you directly if needed to arrange drop-off.

3. Standard Shipping – Australia-Wide

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal carriers. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Estimated Delivery Times:

QLD: 2–5 business days
Other States: 3–8 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak times or due to postal service disruptions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free local delivery is available for eligible orders within the Cairns region.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at info@lotusandivy.com.au with your order number and we’ll help you track it down.

6. Packaging & Sustainability

We aim to use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible. Your items will be securely wrapped to protect them during transit while being mindful of the environment.
